SHIPPING
WALLCOVERINGS + TEXTILES: 
Our papers and fabrics are made-to-order and sold to the trade. Please allow 2-4 weeks from receipt of order + transit.
To reduce your shipping costs, we have created a Flat Rate program for WM Wallcoverings and Textiles. Every penny counts!
SWATCHES:
Swatches ship FREE.
In stock swatches will ship immediately. Please allow 1-3 weeks for backordered samples.
SWATCH KITS:
Swatch kits ship with a $15 flat rate.
In stock kits will ship immediately. Please allow 2-4 weeks for backordered swatch kits.
PILLOWS:
Our pillows are printed and sewn to order. Ships in 2-4 weeks depending on fabric availability. 

 

RETURNS 
Our Wallcoverings, Textiles, Pillows, Swatches and Swatch Kits are custom made-to-order. Please note that all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Missing items:

If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us so we can help.

Please include:

1. A photo

2. Description of the situation.

3. Your Order Number 

If you have received the wrong size, color, or item, or if an item is missing, please contact us and we will get it taken care of.

*If you received fabric by the yard, please note that multiple styles are rolled on a single roll. Please unroll your package to check that all styles are included.
